The 3W SAFEBOX is an online transfer service specially designed for off-site service. For this reason, the use of this service is recommended and preferred by the Freistellen team. The interface to the Freistellen team enables the direct transfer of documents and files into the associated account: fast, secure and free! For these reasons, we prefer the 3W SAFEBOX for data transmission.

After contacting Customer Service, you will receive your personal login information and a link to your personal 3W SAFEBOX account. Send us your test data or images to be processed without any detours. We process your projects according to your wishes and send you back to you via the 3W SAFEBOX. You will receive an e-mail with the download link. If you do not receive a link or if it does not work, please contact our team directly at +49 341 918 7910 or send an e-mail to 24@freistellen.de.

Access data misplaced? No problem! We will send you new ones directly. Write to us or call us.

Of course, the 3W SAFEBOX is also available for external shipments. Via the link www.3wsafebox.de you can send data without size restriction.

Data upload for freistellen.de – customers

1. Use the link in the e-mail with your access data. Your log-in data is already inserted, you just have to confirm the correctness. If you have misplaced the e-mail, you can also log in manually at https://freistellen.3wsafebox.com/.

2. Add your data directly from the server by clicking on the “+” icon or drag and drop your files into the “Add File” window. You have the option to correct the files before sending them.

3. The cut-out team is already stored as the recipient.

4. Enter your e-mail as sender address.

5. Use the “Message” field to send important notes with your files. Let us know if it is an express shipment or if we should consider important details in the processing.

6. All information correct? Click on the “Send” button to send the order. Please wait until the status is completed after 100%. You will receive an email confirmation after successful dispatch, as well as a notification as soon as the team starts processing.
